The Pleasants seem to be a happy family. Jeff seems to be hardworking and on his way to his dream job as an astronaut. Diana seems to be a happy housewife. Jennifer seems to want to follow in the footsteps of her Grandmother Chanel and Aunt Bella. Daniel seems to only have girls on his mind. But things aren’t always as they seem. Especially not in Santo Bellagio.

Diana Athena Paparazzi Pleasant is the eldest child of renowned fashion designer, Chanel Paparazzi and fashion photographer Simon Bachelor. With no known talent to speak of, she has always been jealous of her sister, Bella. Hoping to marry into money, Diana married an up-in-coming military man. Now a bored housewife, and less wealthy than she expected, Diana yearns for something more…

Jeff Pleasant
Jeffery signed up for the military after the discovery of a new planet. Since that day he has hoped to become the first man to walk on SiMars. He was in boot camp when he met his wife, Diana, at Sanctuary night club in Angel City. He never thought that such a beautiful, sophisticated woman would ever be interested in a lowly recruit. Years later he realized it was because of the money he flashed around the club, after winning a large bet on the Angel City Llamas game, that drew Diana to him. Diana is all about money and appearances. She desperately wants to outdo her sister Bella at every turn. Right now they are in debt by a lot of simoleans just to keep up with the Goths. He would do anything to keep Diana happy, but he fears his best isn’t good enough.

Daniel Pleasant
Most of the residents on Fort Gnome think that Daniel Lester Pleasant is the ultimate slacker/ skirt chaser. He’s always riding on his skateboard and hanging around a bunch of thugs. He figures the only way to escape being a lifetime military man like most everyone else in town is to be really good at sports — which he is. Daniel‘s secret is that he really likes science and would love to go to ASU and become a scientist. He could never tell his friends this. They would laugh at him and call him a dork. Maybe one day he won’t be afraid to just be himself. Maybe.

Jennifer Pleasant
Being the favored granddaughter of famous fashion designer, Chanel Paparazzi is not an easy task. When Jennifer Chanel Pleasant was younger she wanted to be a goalie for the Angel City Llamas, but Chanel put a squash to that. Now that she’s a teen she appreciates the art of fashion design and would love to join the family business, especially since her whiny cousin Cassandra wants nothing to do with it. But she would also love to be able to write her own destiny and mark her own name for herself.

Notes: I named Diane Pleasant Diana because I actually thought that was what she was called. Oops! I like Diana better anyways. When I first saw Diana and Bella together, I thought they looked a lot alike so I made them become sisters. Now I don’t think they look alike at all.

Credits: Jeff and Diana were made by Kat at Genensims (download the 66 Gunther Goth Highway lot. Sims are inside) I’m pretty sure it’s actually the Pleasant Family from the Sims 2 Estates (you have to be a member to download. I downloaded all of the old Sims 1 converted to Sims 2 families when the site was up). Jennifer and Daniel are exported from the game and aged down.
